Reviewed on 20th January 2011Had to wait 26 minutes for the bus for the airport terminal, then on return discovered that the pre-paid ticket wasn't issued so needed validation at the office, and again the shuttle from the airport to the carpark waiting time was rather excessive. Would never go there again.

Reviewed on 16th July 2009After booking online and paying in advance, I returned from my business trip a day early to be told that no refund would be offered. In addition I had to go into the office to validate my exit ticket. I see no benefit over just turning up. Andy

Reviewed on 3rd February 2009The service claims transfer courtesey bus to all terminals This is not true Iwanted to use Terminal 5 I was forced to use the heathrow express to and from Terminal 5 which with 3 cases was a nightmare early in the morning after a long flight Anyone with a disability would have major problems I would not use this service or reccomend it to anyone
